Cashiers can be a little kind and soft spoken to the customers. She was the same with me as well. The other customer they’ve accidentally ordered something else and they want to change it later. But she was harsh and she said you should have checked before placing an order, and the store wasn’t busy at all. Store owners please note this and hire someone who can do their job at best and be kind to the customers. That would be appreciated.

I asked if I could cancel my order and change it to something else. The cashier rudely told me, “You should have checked before placing your order.” I understand if that’s the policy, but I couldn’t find any sign stating “No order cancellations or exchanges.” I don’t think that’s an appropriate way to speak to a customer. I’ve worked in restaurants too, and even when we couldn’t accommodate a request, I would never have spoken to a customer that way.

Broo yesterday i ordered their chicken plain noodles usually I wasn’t a big fan previously but the noodles were like the best than the previous ones. Please maintain this guys!!!

I'm aware of how mango lassi is supposed to taste. I had a bad batch; it tasted sour and even smelled off. I asked for a replacement, but she told me it was fresh. I just let it go because I don’t like making a fuss when someone is preparing my food. If the manager pulls up the camera, they would see the young lady drop a customer’s food and then place it back in the bag as if nothing happened. I used to work at fast food restaurants, and once food hits the floor, you definitely prepare another one—it's a food safety violation. She was also working in the back with the food, rubbing her nose, which is unsanitary when handling both money and food. It's been a long time since I had Indian food, and I left there so disgusted that I had to throw away my whole meal. They seemed so comfortable doing that in front of customers; who knows what they were doing in the back. I'm just done with the whole situation.

In one line: Arrogant Staff. Worst food. Unless you're helpless and have no other option, look for another restaurant, please. Recent Experience: 08/20/23: I wanted to try it out once again after a long time. This time, the walk-in impression itself made the experience awful! What a rude staff they have I must say. I had seen her replying rudely to 2 to 3 customers, maybe due to the tiresome work she did the whole day. But, it shouldn't be reflecting on the customers, and that's the basic etiquette. Followed by that, we ordered a chili chicken, Butter naan and chicken tikka masala. Chilli chicken tasted sweet pretty contradictory to the dish's name, naan was pretty soft and good, and again tikka masala was Sweet!!! Tikka and sweet? Overall, the experience was not so great. A quick tip: If you want your business to run longer, hire staff who are polite and customer-friendly. One who is arrogant god knows what for, is going to take your business down.
